What's A Souzai?

Souzai Pixels, Otherwise known as
"Gyaru Pixels".
They are a form of pixel
art graphic depicting gyarus,
usually decogals with cute text
beside them to represent emotions on blogs!
they were popular around 2008
and while still used are not
nearly as known.
